I have purchased this product and it is excellent. It certainly gives you an aerobic workout when exercises are done according to the DVD. I like the instruction that exercise alone will not lose weight. Diet control (provided in the manual) is needed.

I moved house and so a friend benefitted by receiving my Pilates Power Gym a year ago and oh how I miss it. Just started doing private pilates reformer sessions and so I had to search to see if you still sold it and FABULOUS that you do. This is an amazing machine if someone is looking to do home pilates and get a really great toning workout. It will be great for me to do what I am doing in my classes when I get home too.

I ordered the pilates power gym & am very happy with it. It definitely engages the core muscles which is exactly what I am looking for. I have only done one work out thus far as have only just received it, but I will definitely be using this machine frequently as it was so easy to use. Unfortunately I did not receive the pilates power workout DVD or the strength training DVD so I am flying a little blind. Would appreciate it Keith if you would contact me so we can sort this minor problem.
Aside from this minor hiccup would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who wants to get/keep fit & lean.
